Service was done in an orderly way. Solved the leak problem. Was not to interested in other questions I had about some other plumbing issues.
Had Klaus and Sons replace my washer cold and hot water valve box that included the drain. When I installed my washer, it overflowed. They came back the next day, snaked the drain and everything is all good. The didn't charge me for snaking the line. Thank you for the great service.

10 - 12 (DAY & TIME REQ). Spoke to Tracy. Clean out in backyard, looks like it’s clogged. She saw water behind weeds didn’t notice it until now, thinks something is backed up and needs hydro jet. Not super backed up yet but wants to get it taken care of before it gets worse. New customer but got our flyer in mail. House is old from 1905. She said the main pipe goes under neighbor's house to alley, instead of straight from her house to street, wanted to let us know that since it's weird. Please check out and issue and provide pricing before performing any work!!!

(within the hour!) Callback. Spoke with Linda, she had a faucet installed by Amen on 4/16/25, still under warranty. Her husband says that the bottom of the faucet that's attached to the sink is twisting and it shouldn't be. He would like to get this tightened ASAP.

1-5. Net 30. Call (909) 260-9920 when in route. I spoke to Laura, they just had an hvac unit installed with us recently and she thinks the thermostats are not working properly. SHe sets it to 72 but says the house is still too cold for them.
Customer did not want us to come out this weekend. He does not have time. So gas company came out and found a leak near their stove.
