Had Klaus and Sons replace my washer cold and hot water valve box that included the drain. When I installed my washer, it overflowed. They came back the next day, snaked the drain and everything is all good. The didn't charge me for snaking the line. Thank you for the great service.

8 - 12. COD. Spoke to Ruby. Would like a maintenance on her hvac unit + mini-split in bedroom. She said she doesn't use her AC much. Quoted $257 + $99 for FULL system maintenance and mini-split. Also offered the service agreement, said she wants to see how service goes first. Said the unit is an older unit not sure of age.

Age: they moved in 3 years ago, but house built in 2001, not sure of age. Has 2 units, but 1 not working, so that part of house where bedrooms are not turning on. Quoted $158 for diagnostic then will go over repair options.
